Introduction：

This is a high-performance, multi-functional HD audio extractor, this extractor can extract the audio signal among the HDMI signal to the power amplifier system to obtain high-quality audio effects which is hard for TV speaker to achieve.

ASS: When the witch is shifted to this position, the audio signal format output from the extractor is according to TV default audio format（EDID）.

2CH：When the witch is shifted to this position, the SPDIF OUT interface of the extractor will output 2ch digital audio signalP. AUDIO OUT interface will output analog 2ch audio signal.

5.1CH: When the witch is shifted to this position, the SPDIF OUT interface of the extractor will output 5.1ch digital audio signal.

Note:

When select to this mode, whether the SPDIF OUT will output 5.1 channel audio depends on whether the input source contains 5.1 channel audio. If it contains, SPDIF OUT interface will output 5.1 channel audio signal while AUDIO OUT interface output nothing. If it not contains, SPDIF OUT interface and AUDIO OUT interface are all output 2 channel audio signal.

Operating and Connecting:

Before installation, please make sure all devices you wish to connect have been turned off.

l Use the HDMI cable to connect the HDMI input interface to the HD source device.

l Use the HDMI cable to connect the HDMI output interface to the HD display.

l Use the 3.5mm audio cable to connect the AUDIO OUT interface to the audio equipment.

l Use the optical cable to connect the SPDIF interface to the audio equipment

l Use the 5V USB power cable to connect the converter to the 5V/1A USB plug.

In order to prolong the service life, please pay attention to the following points:

1. Please do not expose this unit to the damp, high-temperature, dusty, erosive, or oxidative environment, and make sure that no objects filled with liquids are placed on the unit,such as vases.

2. Please handle the item with care and clean only with dry cloth.

3. Please do not touch the item with wet hands.

4. Please hold the plug when unplugging. Do not pull the power cable directly.

5. Please turn the unit off when it is not in use for a long period of time.

6. To prevent risk of electric shock or fire hazard due to overheating, please do not obstruct the unit with newspapers, tablecloths, curtains or similar items or open the shell while it is working.

7. Please use the original factory USB power cable.

FAQ:

Before switching on the unit, please check all the cables carefully and make sure all the interfaces are connected correctly. The common problems and the relevant solutions are showed as follows.

1	Power Indication not light	1. Please check whether the power plug is correctly inserted into the socket and the power switch is turned on.
2	No picture	1. Please make sure the TV is turned on and connected to the item correctly. 2. Please check whether the signal source is switched on and correctly connected. 3. Please make sure all the cables are good quality and connected correctly.
3	Low quality picture	1. Please reconnect the cables correctly and firmly. 2. Check the quality of the HDMI cable.
4	No sound	Please confirm the setting position of the audio mode switch.
